The Management Company is a formal body, with owners as volunteer Directors, responsible for managing the communal areas and grounds and enforcing the covenants. It agrees the annual service charges, and appoints the managing agents (currently Breckon & Breckon) who deal with all day-to-day matters including collection of the service charges.
